Dr. Stephanie Smith earned her Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. She later completed advanced training in general dentistry through a residency at A.T. Still University’s Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health. Originally from Connecticut, Dr. Smith now calls Scottsdale home, where she lives with her boyfriend, Emre, and their sweet dog, Jade.
Dr. Smith has a heart for giving back and enjoys volunteering at community events like Arizona Mission of Mercy and Give Kids a Smile. She also supports several dental non-profits, providing care to those in need. Always focused on learning and growing, she stays up to date with the latest in modern dentistry and is working toward her Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD), a distinction that requires over 500 hours of continued education.
Dr. Smith offers complete general and cosmetic dental care, including digital smile design, tooth-colored fillings, crowns and bridges, veneers, extractions, bone grafting, dental implants, laser procedures, gum contouring, and root canal treatment. She also helps patients manage jaw and muscle discomfort with treatments like splint therapy, BOTOX for masseter muscles, and trigger point injections.
Focused on comfort, Dr. Stephanie Smith takes time to understand each patient’s needs and designs care that fits them best. She provides oral sedation and nitrous oxide to help patients feel calm during their visits. Every restoration also includes a complimentary desensitizing treatment to reduce post-visit sensitivity.
